Trine Achieves Part 145 Repair Station Approval

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted Trine Aerospace & Defense Part 145 approval as a certified repair station. The company offers engineering, manufacturing, and aircraft modification on general aviation, commercial, and special mission aircraft. It also specializes in avionics and installation repair.

The facility provides engineered to aircraft in support of Part 23 & 25 aircraft manufacturers, owner/operators, air carriers, and defense contractors that perform special mission aircraft integration and modernization. In January, the company opened a 30,000 square foot commercial modification facility at the airport that provides avionics installation and repair. Services include 24 month RVSM/Pitot Static System Inspections, 24 month IFR transponder certification, and VFR transponder inspections. Other services include major alteration and major repair design, fabrication, analysis and FAA 8110-3 approval. Trine is authorized dealer for Garmin International, Cobham, and Technisonic Communications.
