Trine Aerospace Named as Authorized Rockwell Collins Dealer for Avionics Support

Colorado Springs, CO, November 1, 2016 – Trine Aerospace is pleased to announce they have recently been named as an authorized Rockwell Collins dealer that will allow them to offer extended avionics upgrades and support.

This agreement allows Trine Aerospace to provide warranty support and avionics upgrades for the current fleets serviced. Under the agreement, Trine Aerospace has been granted authorization to support Rockwell Collins avionics in repairs, installations and warranty work.

“Adding new dealerships affects the existing customers of Trine Aerospace in a positive way. We have added more support to our in-house capabilities, allowing us to be their main service provider,” said Sean Schafer, Director of Avionics, Trine Aerospace.

With the dealership agreement with Rockwell Collins, Trine Aerospace can expand the development of STCs that support legacy aircraft.  Having in house engineering, minimizes outsourcing, and adds another level of support offered to the operators of legacy aircraft.
